Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We only accept returns for items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us at orders@flagz.co.nz specifying whether you want a refund or an exchange and why. Please also send your item to 38 Roma Rd, Mt Roskill, Auckland 1041, New Zealand. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refyet, please contact us at orders@flagz.co.nz.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
