Packages are generally dispatched in 3-5 working days after the final confirmation of your order. Production times vary according to each specific product, custom designed product usually take an additional week. We are able to allow separate delivery and billing addresses for all orders.
Your order will be dispatched between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and dispatched as quickly as possible.
The delivery date will be affected by:
(a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;
(b) Your final email approval of artwork files;
(c) Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order.
If your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, and other tracking details (if available).
DELIVERY WITHIN NZ
FLAGZ GROUP LIMITED uses FedEx, DHL, TNT, Post Haste, NZ Post, Courier Post or similar service as our default delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days, or as long as 14 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. However, the current courier delivery is uncertain, so it may be delayed by one or more working days. Please put this into your consideration when making orders. Please contact us first for any urgent order.
Free shipping is available for any flags-only products within New Zealand.
